John Lewis At Home
John Lewis have opened a dedicated home store. It seems that Tesco have set a trend in motion with the spin off home stores, although Boots used to have home stores many years ago, but closed them down due to lack of interest.
The John Lewis home stores will focus on the electrical and home goods, and will most likely all be located in retail parks. The store will enable people to furnish every room in their house, with bedroom furniture, bathroom accessories, kitchen appliances and soft furnishings.
Like Tesco Home they will also have cafes, customer collection points and gift list services.
